THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PBL) FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS IN ESP CLASS

Teaching English for Specific Purpose (ESP) non-English Department students is challenging yet exciting since the teacher required to be more creative in creating a teaching and learning strategy. The use of Engineering necessary support capability their hard soft skills. In ESP class, learn about vocabulary skills terms other such as writing, reading, speaking, listening. Those are learned correspondingly through some activities using applicable strategies Project Based Learning (PBL). PBL introduced an educational approach focused on student-centered method. PBL, given opportunities explore capabilities, build confidence, improve motivation prepare themselves real work life.
